If you believe you found a match from your search, select the checkbox next to the unclaimed property record you think is yours and then select the Claim Property button. You will be prompted to provide your contact information, details about the claim, and supporting documentation.
Once you have submitted a claim, you can check its status, upload documents, provide additional information or withdraw part or all of the claim on Manage Claim.
You will need both the Email Address you used to submit the claim and the Claim Number, which was provided upon submission and sent to you by email. If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk mail folder.
If you have lost your Claim Number, you can request another one on the Submit a Support Request page.
